3. SHIPPING COST

All products purchased in Suple8 Offers have Free shipping.

The cost of shipping is already included in the price of our products

4- WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

All orders are subject to a processing period prior to shipment, typically 1-3 working days.

You will then receive an email notification of the shipment with all the tracking information. In many cases, to save money, we are shipping directly from the manufacturer.
Please allow 7-20 working days to receive the order.

Delivery times may vary depending on the country, city and location of the product.

Orders can be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed, they cannot be deleted.

Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address. Suple8 Offers cannot be held responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for shipping to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments require payment of customs fees, (but this is difficult to do). These will be charged to the buyer in ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Suple8 Offers will not be held responsible for customs fees.

6- RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. To start your return, please contact us by clicking here. Any unauthorized returns could lead to delays in refunds.

If your item has been damaged, we ask you to first send us a photo that shows the damage and at the time of inspection, we will inform you if it meets our replacement criteria. Buyer pays for shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.

If your item is in working condition but you have ordered an error or you no longer request the item, we reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee.

Please include the return number we provide so that the refund can be properly processed. If you do not include the return number, we cannot guarantee that your refund can be processed.

The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We advise you to use a traceable shipping service to ensure that the return is delivered.
